Drama TV Terms of Service

Drama TV is a private automation tool that helps an authorized operator send permitted video files to TikTok using TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API.

Authorized Content Only

Users may only submit content they own, control, or have permission to process and upload. Drama TV must not be used to download, bypass, copy, or publish private, protected, login-restricted, DRM-protected, paywalled, or unauthorized content.

TikTok Connection

TikTok access is handled through OAuth 2.0. Drama TV does not request or store TikTok passwords. Uploaded videos are sent to TikTok as drafts or inbox uploads unless direct publishing has been explicitly approved and enabled.

User Responsibility

The operator is responsible for ensuring that each submitted video complies with applicable laws, platform rules, copyright obligations, privacy rights, and TikTok policies.

Service Availability

The service is provided as-is and may be interrupted for maintenance, API limits, security updates, or third-party service availability.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Drama TV after an update means the operator accepts the revised terms.
